Blade Trinity

Plot Summary for
Blade: Trinity (2004)

Wesley Snipes returns as the day-walking vampire hunter in the explosive third and final film in the Blade franchise, Blade: Trinity. When the Vampire Nation hatches a plan to frame Blade in a series of brutal killings, he must join forces with the Nightstalkers, a clan of human vampire hunters, in an extreme battle in which the trail of blood leads directly to the notorious vampire legend, Dracula. Written and directed by David S. Goyer, Blade: Trinity also stars Jessica Biel as Abigail, the daughter of Whistler (Kris Kristofferson), who inherits the vampire-slaying duties that once belonged to Blade (Wesley Snipes); and Ryan Reynolds (National Lampoon's Van Wilder) as Hannibal King, one of the Nightstalkers.

            Synopsis

Blade : Trinity --- Final chapter

Recommended

Up till now, he has fought their past, and he has fought their future, now he must fight the ultimate vampire in order to bring an end to it all. Blade is back to kick some more tail, as Wesley Snipes takes on the role for the third time. He has taken on the life-long quest of ridding the world from vampires, and is latest fight is going to be his toughest one yet. For Blade: Trinity, the creators thought that it was about time to bring a little youth to the screen with Wesley Snipes, and tapped Jessica Beil and Ryan Reynolds to play two members of the "Nightstalkers." Whistler (played by Kris Kristofferson) has been in all three of the movies, but each one ends up destroying more of his body, leaving him incapable of helping Blade in his latest fight. Reynolds on the other hand, is what makes this movie watchable in the less interesting parts thanks to his great wit, and just how well he can turn a phrase in the movie. For the first time in the series, the police force decides that the vigilante justice isn't going to fly anymore, so as Blade chases his vampires, the FBI is chasing him. One would hope that by the end of this film, that it would appear that the story was wrapping itself up, as with many other films that are part of a trilogy.
