In Collateral Damage, Gordy Brewer's family gets killed in an explosion. The man responsible is a Columbian known as The Wolf. When the government feels that Brewer's family is just "collateral damage"and that they have more important things to be concerned about, he decides to take things into his own hands. He goes to Columbia to try and find The Wolf but discovers that it's not going to be that easy.
